Airport transfer is available for those who buy VIP and Enterprise tickets. The airport transfer of the people who buy Basic and Pro tickets belongs to the participant themselves.

Booth construction costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Before the Expo, you can check-in to the hotel in order to setup your booth 2 days before the start of the event. This hotel accommodation belongs to the buyer.
The last dismantling day of the booths must be by the end of March 31.
The customer himself is responsible for the booth setup and dismantling process.

In accordance with the corona measures, the use of face masks in closed areas is mandatory.
You can get a PCR test in all hospitals around the hotel.
Social distance rules will be observed in every area and application during the event within the scope of corona measures.
Stage and lectern disinfection will be provided for the speakers in exchanges between the panels.
Notices which are containing health protocols and rules to be applied within the scope of corona will be found in many areas in the foyer area for the participants and staff.
Food service will be provided by the hotel in accordance with the corona measures.
